Our brief was to transform the hotel in under eight months into a chic countryside retreat that not only did justice to the Trianon's location and history but redefined decadence for today's guests.
A calming palate of whites and charcoal with a restrained elegant style continuing throughout the hotel, which includes two restaurants - Gordon Ramsay's first French venture.
